Rewards of Quality Education
A non-profit organization based in Arusha, Tanzania, working alongside Tumaini Tanzania to sponsor orphans and students facing hardship who have earned their place in public secondary schools, vocational institutions, and colleges or universities. Every sponsorship helps a student- and their family turn the dream of an education into reality.

Upeo Social Development Foundation
Based in Kigoma, Upeo Social Development Foundation partners closely with volunteers to advance education, healthcare access, and women’s entrepreneurship in the region. Much of this work centers on Magaba Secondary School, home to many orphaned students- where volunteers help directly with schoolwork and long-term education sponsorship.
The Foundation’s health initiatives matter just as much: for many families in the region, even a small illness can become life-threatening without access to affordable medication, so improving basic healthcare access is, quite literally, life-saving work. Alongside this, Upeo is building toward a future where women entrepreneurs have the support and environment they need to thrive.
MITI NI UHAI FOUNDATION
Healing the planet starts with simple, consistent action. Through our flagship environmental initiative, Miti ni Uhai (“Trees are Life” in Swahili), AfriOne Adventures works to restore degraded ecosystems and address water scarcity across Africa.
Our mission is twofold:
- Combat deforestation — by planting trees in affected areas and promoting sustainable alternatives to tree-cutting.
- Address water shortages -one of the leading reasons newly planted trees fail to survive by sponsoring borehole drilling and supporting long-term water access for local communities.
